Diagnosing Depression Online.
Taiwanese researchers have developed a way to diagnose depression using an online form. It seams to be pretty reliable and would offer a lot of help in identifying the under-diagnosed disorder.
If you think about it. You don’t have to drop by your local GP (Who already knows all your family) to complain from depression (Now you are labeled as a psycho by him/her) even though profitionality would prevent him/her from disclosing your medical details to others, but you always would think this would leak out somehow.
Unfortunately I couldn’t find any link to the online form. Here is a 21 page .doc file of the Internet-based Self-assessment Program for Depression ISP-D.
