So I’ve joined twitter and pownce, I feel twitter is much nicer site simple and clear, pownce is annoying because of all of the video updates that are killing my .5 mbps connection.

Web 2.0 socializing

I’ve been following a vidcasts on iTunes called “Diggnation” which covers stories listed on Digg.com and discuss them in a funny way. The problem is in this show they keep mentioning these new Web 2.0 apps like twitter and pownce all the time. I can’t understand what’s what are they all about and why people use them. I gave it a shot and registered at pownce.com and tried to import some emails from may gmail/yahoo contact list, but guess what ? No one uses pownce nor twitter!

I guess if safat.kuwaitblogs.com had an account at these sites with all the members following them, their events would attract more people and be more social than what it looks like.

Let’s Celebrate!

Finally my blog has been added to the almighty safat.kuwaitblogs.com list today!

I got the fealing it is easier to pass into heaven rather than getting my blog listed there. Anyhow, I hope more people will visit and contribute as the blog go’s on!
