Extra Storage
Since the day I’ve discovered the wonders of Torrents I started downloading TV series and unsubscribed my ntl for good. This lead to a huge shortage of space on my 160GB HD iMac. Currently I’ve only got 6GB of free space and thats a bit scary. I bought my self iomega 500GB “Desktop Hard Drive” and started transfering stuff to it. Guess How long it takes.
Let’s hope its done before my flight back to Kuwait tomorrow 4am!
P.S.: This is just the Movies folder. There is another 5GB worth of music.

يوم من الأيام توجه فؤاد إبن المدينة إلى الريف ” وإتفق مع فلاح وإشترى حمارا بمئة دولار،على أن يستلم منه الحمار في اليوم التالي.
في الموعد المحدد للتسليم أتاه الفلاح وقال:
“أعذرني يا أبني عندي خبر سيء. الحمار مات “.
أجابه فؤاد : ” بسيطة ، رجعلي مصرياتي “.
قال الفلاح : ” بس أنا صرفت المصاري “.
فؤاد : ” كمان بسيطة ، بآخد منك الحمار الميت “.
سأله الفلاح : ” وشو بدك تعمل بالحمار الميت ؟ “.
فؤاد : ” بدي أعمل عليه سحب يانصيب “.
الفلاح : ” معقول تعمل سحب يانصيب على حمار ميت؟!”.
فؤاد : ” إيه ليش لا، أنا ما راح خبّر حدا إنه ميت. إنتظر وشوف “.
وبعد مرور شهر إلتقى الفلاح بفؤاد وسأله : ” شو صار بالحمار الميت ؟”
فؤاد : ” عملت عليه سحب يانصيب، وبعت 500 بطاقة كل واحدة ثمنها دولارين، وفي النهاية ربحت 998,00 دولار “.
الفلاح : ” وما حدا إعترض ؟! “.
فؤاد: ” ما حدا إعترض إلا الشخص الذي ربح السحب، فرجعتله الدولارين

Kubbar.com was one of the first sites I used to check out regularly at the late 90’s. Downloading Realplayer song and Al-9al3awi episodes was amazing. Few years earlier the website stopped working and got hosted at qualitynet as a weather site. Now we get a fishing forum, an interesting evolution of the domain name and its usage.

Books
I am not a bookworm person, beside the ones I have to read for college of course, but recently two books came in that I had not choice but doing them. One is the Year Book and the other is titled Podge and Rodge: The Ballydung Bible.
This is my graduation year and the class reps are hunting me to get my own page in the year book. I managed to get few friends to write few words (300) about me and thats what I am using for my page in that book.
As you might have seen my avatar is a puppet holding a scalpel. This is Podge and he is the filthiest creature you might ever pump in to!
The book is extremely funny and there is no way in hell you’ll find a copy in Kuwait. I might post few pages to show you the amount of filthy humor there is in it.

I know what was wrong with me. Boredom and this xmass shopping fever going around here. I have decided. No new gadgets for me until I come back to Kuwait!
