I was checking Harrods at Heathrow Airport,and I found this interesting tag on a simple tourist T-shirt that has “London” or “Harrods” printed on it. Check the photo below as it’s first time that I see something made in a country and decorated in another….may be in the future they will write “sold in such a country” and ” must be worn during such event”

The old registration system for mishref.com was a bit annoying and slow. I have found that msn domains can offer the same service google offers but with a good sign up process. I know all people – including me – are gmail persons but i think msn isn’t that bad at all.

It’s been 60+ days in Jeddah for me now. Good people in an old city with a huge mixture of cultures around you. Managed to get an apartment even thou I am single, a thing I wouldn’t think it would be a problem before. Work is ok, located in a poor old neglected part of south Jeddah near Makkah line a.k.a Truma center. multiple emergencies every day and few elective surgeries.
Everyone heard about the flood by now. it was shocking to know the actual damage that happened the day after the flood. People still recovering and toned in for any more rain.
During these few months I’ve been using my blackberry and dumped my iPhone. Totally useless with 8h battery maximum. I miss some of the apps as they are entertaining and the good internet experience i get from.
Thinking about carrying both of the bb and iPhone but i don’t think it’s a wise move.
Being single in KSA doesn’t help a lot. heading to Bahrain at the end of the month for a weekend, gonna try out sama airways. Any good hotels near the city center?
KFH online page is currently being upgraded. The log in system used to be simple with a username/password login page. I guess they are changing the system inorder to get a higher ranking from a stupid money magazine or orginisation. Currently I am using fransi bank in KSA. Their online login is so sophisticated that you need to enter your username/password via a javascript keyboard to prevent keylogging apps that might be installed in your OS. Although FF isn’t supported fully by their site.
Let’s wait and see.
I feel sad when i wounder around mishref area now a days. Road constructions all around the place. Coop parking second floor is a big FAIL. The roundabout between Block 6 and GUST is taking ages to be done and the most stupid ramp is placed few meters away from it. Finlay, the H2S smell is all over the place due to the shit refiner failure. This is making me sad ;/
